Patio Roofing & Design

Patio Roofing & Design builds patios and carports for residential and commercial properties. Patio types include gable patios, flat patios and raised flat or skillion patios, so a roof can sit low against the house or lift higher for more light and air. Roofing choices take in Smoothdek 316 and plain finish Trimdek sheeting, Superdek and CGI corrugated profiles that double as wall cladding, and Bondor insulated panels for a cooler space underneath. The design service covers shire approval and 3D rendering, which lets clients see how the finished patio will look before building starts. The business also takes an interest in green building and sustainable design. Carports sit alongside patios as a main part of the work, built with the same roofing options.
