Preferred Group WA

Strata, council and managed property sites make up much of the work for Preferred Group WA, a Neerabup landscape and maintenance company led by Beau Poczwa that services the metro region from Yanchep to Mandurah. Scheduled grounds maintenance covers lawn, garden and tree care, commercial mowing for sites of any size, mulching, pruning and planting, weed, pest and disease control, and upkeep of pathways, driveways and car parks, with ponds and irrigation looked after as part of the service. The team designs, installs and maintains irrigation systems for water-efficient landscapes and supports newly completed developments while their gardens establish. For larger jobs it carries out landscape projects and upgrades, up to end-to-end landscape transformations built for durability, and residential properties are taken on as well.
