Since 1985 Martin Cuthbert Landscapes has designed, built and maintained gardens from its base in Jolimont, with much of its high-end residential and commercial work in Perth's western suburbs such as Cottesloe, Dalkeith, Nedlands and Claremont. It is a registered building company, so the team builds structural elements alongside the planting: retaining walls, timber decking, masonry, alfresco areas, outdoor kitchens, carports, pools and water features, all to the Building Code of Australia. Gardens for older homes often pair recycled pavers and traditional planting with LED lighting and automated irrigation, and sustainable water-wise gardens are part of the service mix. Projects run from concept to completion with one point of contact, and the company sets up an ongoing maintenance program once a garden is finished.
